The C6 Goes To Semi-Finals at FL2k23!

After mid-season upgrades (New Butter Welding Turbo Kit, FIS 88s, and M1 Fuel Conversion) the crew took the C6 down to Bradenton for FL2k23....with only 2 test passes on the new combo we knew it would be a learning experience and the car started making huge progress right off the bat with Jake and Rick controlling the computer and Jake dialing in the chassis.  The car went multiple personal bests throughout the week and at one point was the #1 qualifier before getting bumped to #4 with a 7.21 at 193mph.  Round 1 we faced a badass green Honda EK hatch and Ryan took him down with a 7.09 at 211mph.....Round 2 was against Cleetus/Leroy and that was a great race!  Ryan got around him and got the win light with a 7.08 at 210mph and advanced to the semi finals where he was up against Atkins/Grubbworm.  He made a great pass with a 7.05 at 212, but it wasn't enough for Atkins who went 6.88 and then went on to win the event over Grannas in the finals....The next event for the car will be World Cup Finals in Maryland in beginning of November where we will be looking to get into the 6s!
